📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional technical teams, and end users • Build, script, and test Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code • Write CaC and IaC for cloud native service deployment • Provide cloud service expertise to developers • Secure cloud service and application resources according to standards • Prepare operating instructions and document IaC • Work within Agile SDLC framework and participate in daily scrums • Build disconnected systems that can separate from and rejoin cloud environments

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen • Candidate must have an active DoD Secret Clearance • Candidate must have an active Security+ CE (or equivalent) • Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in secure enclave architecture and deployment • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) • Expertise in scoping, work breakdown, and cost estimation for new system capabilities • Understanding of KPIs and metrics for infrastructure and security • Ability to implement security monitoring techniques • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and practices (CI/CD) • Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders • Ability to document and communicate technical and governance outcomes clearly • Team collaboration skills to work across departments • Experience managing tickets, facilitating meetings, and leading team efforts
