📋 Description

• Opportunity to work at the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR), focusing on Australia's remote, rural and regional communities. • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of FRRR's community philanthropy, community foundations and philanthropic partner support work. • Part-time (0.8 FTE), 24-month fixed term contract. • This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia. • Support connections between internal teams and external stakeholders, bringing together information, relationships and practical support to strengthen partner experience and delivery of FRRR's community philanthropy work. • Reporting to the Social Infrastructure Manager, work collaboratively across teams to coordinate partner servicing, maintain strong administrative systems, and contribute to effective delivery of philanthropic services and community philanthropy activity.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a strong understanding of rural and regional communities and community-led approaches. • You can build and manage relationships with both external partners and internal teams. • You can coordinate the delivery of community initiatives, events and engagement activities. • You can support partnership development, researching prospects, tracking opportunities and coordinating inputs. • You're confident working with systems, data and evolving technology, including AI tools. • You hold, or are working towards, a relevant qualification in community development, social sciences, philanthropy or a related field (e.g. Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy, Nonprofit/Philanthropy studies) — or equivalent practical experience. • Desirable (not essential): experience building or improving systems and processes to support program delivery; experience supporting partnership development; experience working with rural, regional or community-based initiatives; experience supporting events, learning activities or stakeholder engagement.
