📋 Description

• Define the vision for an AI-native platform, prioritizing agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based workflows as core building blocks of Sherweb's growth. • Own the roadmap for agents, orchestration services, and AI workflows, balancing first-party agent experiences with third-party extensibility for partners and their vendors of choice. • Track the rapidly evolving landscape of foundation models, agent frameworks (MCP, A2A protocols), orchestration tooling, and competitor agent ecosystems, translating marketplace intelligence into strategy. • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to develop action plans, communication strategies, and sales tools that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of an agentic platform and its integration ecosystem. • Engage clients (both internal & external), partners, and external vendors to capture agent workflow needs, drive integrations and extensibility, and promote responsible adoption. • Mentor peers and build organizational fluency in LLMs, agent design, evaluations, RAG, and responsible AI practices. • Analyze sales results, customer feedback, internal feedback, and AI-specific telemetry (model accuracy, latency, cost, adoption, and quality signals) to refine strategies, offerings, and customer satisfaction goals. • Represent Sherweb as a voice in the agentic AI and platform ecosystem space, championing responsible AI and an open, extensible vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of academic and experiences. An MBA is considered an asset. • At least 4 years of proven experience in product management within a technology-driven business is required. • Experience with modern AI models, AI-driven feature set implementation, spec-driven development, and data-informed iteration through experimentation, telemetry, and continuous model and product optimization. • Candidates should have prior experience and a good understanding of the IT Channel and MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry. • Proficiency in both spoken and written English; French proficiency is considered an asset. • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and industry experts. • Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and setting performance metrics. • Must be self-driven, results oriented, and capable of operating autonomously.
