📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and applying accreditation standards in practical ways • Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation • Guide clients through mock audits, corrective action planning, and ongoing compliance efforts • Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on approach and priorities • Deliver training and provide ongoing education on accreditation standards • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs • Act as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD and active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing • 3+ years of pharmacy experience (hospital, specialty, or similar) • Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives • Preferred: Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation • People management or project management experience • Experience working with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders
