📋 Description
• Provide integrated off-site support to patients, pharmacists, and providers • Deliver medication adherence support • Handle medication needs of patients • Educate patients on pharmacy services • Resolve insurance-related issues and assist in obtaining financial aid
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician • State registered as a pharmacy technician • High School Diploma or GED required • National certification as a CPhT or equivalent preferred
