📋 Description

• Drive top-of-funnel for our prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure business • Own content, community, and lead generation • Building the Shift brand on X and Reddit • Owning our social and written content calendar • Work directly with our sales and partnerships team to turn signal into pipeline • Help set the standard for how we build our brand as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role • Default fluency with AI tools as part of how you work. Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, Zapier, or equivalents • You should be able to show us at least one thing you've built or shipped using these tools • A public writing voice • Real curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and the future of trading infrastructure • You don't need a finance degree, but you should be able to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences
