• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including partnership and client contracts. • Support the sales team by helping structure deals, enable innovation, and drive commercial initiatives while identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions. • Provide data protection and privacy advice, including GDPR and other applicable frameworks. • Collaborate with different stakeholders in the company. • Develop templates, training materials and draft privacy related policies.
• Law degree. • 5+ years of experience practicing law in Europe, either at a Law Firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in a fintech, payments, or technology environment. • Strong experience in commercial contracts, negotiations and data protection/privacy law (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA). • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a business-focused approach. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • Additional language proficiency (in either Spanish, Italian, German or other European language) are a significant advantage. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
