📋 Description
• Define and create project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources. • Manage and mentor a team of up to 10 members. • Facilitate decision-making related to technical aspects such as choosing the tech stack and architecture. • Track project progress using tools like JIRA, and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues. • Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring alignment with Shift Boolean's values and goals. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in project management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies. • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical team members.
