📋 Description

• Own the BI layer and lead the transition from traditional dashboard reporting to action-oriented, AI-enabled analytics • Partner with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations on insights related to ARR, pipeline performance, unit economics, and customer retention • Rebuild the BI operating model from reactive dashboard creation to structured, proactive business partnership • Own business definitions and KPI governance, establishing a single source of truth for executive leadership and Board decision-making • Implement an AI layer from scratch for automated insight generation, anomaly detection, and self-service analytics • Mentor and develop 3 BI Analysts • Partner with a dedicated Programme Manager to execute the analytics roadmap • Assess current reporting usage, trust gaps, and team capabilities during the first six months • Introduce operating structure and reposition the team as analytical partners • Improve how insights reach stakeholders and set the agenda for future analytics work

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience running a BI function and transforming how a business uses data • Experience introducing AI-enabled workflows into a BI function at scale, including automation, insight generation, and self-service • Experience defining and governing KPIs and establishing a single source of truth across a complex, multi-market business • Commercial understanding and ability to work with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps • Ability to review analytical logic, challenge assumptions, and identify errors without writing SQL day to day • Leadership experience developing people and building executive trust • Experience delivering a previous BI transformation; the role requires someone who has already done a version of this • Ability to work remotely with travel as needed
