• Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to stakeholders’ satisfaction. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including implementation, product, finance, and customers to ensure project goals are met. • Engage with sales organization on handover of contracted projects. • Create project plans outlining project scope, budget, and schedule to execute contractual agreements. • Communicate project plans to internal and external stakeholders. • Execute change control and manage escalations as they arise. • Provide project reporting to internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of status, progress, and issues. • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks. • Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as needed. • Participate in project review meetings. • Develop strong customer relationships by providing high quality customer service and communication.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a project manager in the software delivery or technology sector. • Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in both languages. • Working knowledge of hospitality products; preferably POS, PMS, Payments or other similar Hospitality Technology Products. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Thorough knowledge and experience in Project Management Tracking and Reporting Tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels. • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology, products, and procedures. • PMP certified (preferred).
