• Install analytical instruments and software at customer sites (chromatography systems, mass spectrometry couplings, spectrophotometers, TOC meters) • Provide advice to users and train them on analytical instruments • Perform troubleshooting on SHIMADZU equipment sold to customers through reliable diagnostics, thorough repairs, and preventive recommendations • Conduct maintenance of equipment via preventive and/or corrective service visits • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving all technical issues encountered using your assistance and technical expertise • Apply applicable health and safety rules, especially at customer sites.
• Excellent command of techniques related to spectrometry, chromatography, and mass spectrometry coupling (LC/LC‑MS) • Expertise in after‑sales service techniques and customer relations • Ability to undertake frequent travel within the assigned geographic area • Ability to work variable hours • Proficiency in English • Comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite and internal software)
