📋 Description

• SDL has a multinational pharmaceutical client in need of a Project Manager to help support a Global DE&I initiative. • The goal of this global initiative is to get to the point where they are able to understand diversity in each region in a way that is compliant with local laws, rules, and regulations. • This individual will help move things forward and serve as the point person driving this effort. • The project manager should have strong global experience and stakeholder management skills, as they will be interfacing with Global HR Leads and coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures. • This contract position is full-time, 40 hours/week for 12 months. Note: Part-time to begin and then ramping up to full-time. • This position will have flexible hours to accommodate time-zone differences, as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required • Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience • Required Skills: Must have strong project management experience (change management experience is a plus) • Background in Human Capital, HR, and/or DE&I • Experience engaging with Global Leads/stakeholders • Ability to effectively coordinate with individuals in multiple time zones and cultures • Adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and engagement with leadership across the organization • Strong presentation and storytelling skills • Ability to easily package and present information in a consumable manner at the executive level • Must be a resilient and a "go-getter", willing to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-on • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities • Ability to collaborate to build successful relationships • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
