• Source, brief, coordinate, and support UGC creators from onboarding to final payment • Own the production workflow—from creative brief through delivery—keeping quality and speed in balance • Work alongside our Creative Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution • Contribute ideas for modular ad concepts and testing ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented • Clear written and verbal communication in English • Self-driven, comfortable working remotely and independently • Experience with UGC, short-form video, or TikTok-first creative • Able to overlap with our core working hours (Central European Time)
