⢠Support national and international customers and partners with technical questions. ⢠Handle incoming tickets end-to-end, supporting the request through to resolution. ⢠Work closely with various departments and teams and advise on technical issues. ⢠Provide telephone support and assistance to customers and partners. ⢠Participate in 24/7 support (after onboarding, with additional compensation). ⢠Possibility of working a late shift, but not mandatory.
⢠Understanding of server systems and initial hands-on experience. ⢠Initial experience with one or more of the following technologies: Shopware 6, Shopware 5, Linux, databases, PHP, or comparable systems (SaaS and PaaS). ⢠Initial experience in customer support and using a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot). ⢠Strong willingness to learn new topics and technologies. ⢠Analytical thinking and a methodical approach. ⢠Team player with experience in customer contact. ⢠Communication skills in both German and English.
