• Own the monthly demand forecasting process (Core, Promotions, New Launches), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives • Leverage Power BI to build robust forecasts, incorporating sales trends, promotions, events, and market dynamics • Enhance, operationalize, and maintain NetSuite and NetStock capabilities within the business unit • Provide forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and scenarios to guide leadership decision-making • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans with financial targets, promotional calendars, and brand strategies • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to provide visibility into demand drivers, highlight forecast changes, and support decision-making on inventory actions • Lead monthly consensus and alignment meetings, turning data into insights that influence strategy and execution • Define best practices and standards for demand planning, driving accountability and continuous improvement • Act as the voice of the team in cross-functional forums, ensuring demand planning insights and priorities are well-represented and understood by senior leaders and Supply Chain partners • Support new product launches, including phase-in/phase-out strategies • Develop and manage S&OP dashboards, forecasts, and weekly performance reports • Responsible for ensuring capacity plans balance with the business development teams and business requirements that balance to meet or exceed customer and the business goals • Establish stocking levels and frequency updates with purchasing that aligns with customer demand and established AOP levels • Maintain accurate Product Life Cycle Management codes and review for gaps on a consistent schedule
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred) • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics (orthopedic industry preferred) • Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite and NetStock, particularly in managing supply/demand planning, inventory, and financial forecasting • Advanced knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning procedures • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong command of data analysis and visualization • Experience with enterprise forecasting and BI tools such as Power BI • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking • APICS certification is a plus
