📋 Description

• Supports Shriners Children’s national 800 number • Answers inbound domestic and international patient referral calls • Documents patient and caller information in Salesforce database • Determines and assigns best fit location for domestic and international patients • Responds and appropriately routes general inquiries to appropriate departments • Maintains patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations • Responsible for triaging patient referrals and handling inquiries regarding referrals • Processes, assigns, and distributes website webform referrals, Epic requests, and email inquiries in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of work experience in a healthcare office setting • 1 year of medical terminology experience • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • High School Diploma/GED • Pediatric clinical experience (Preferred) • Fully Bilingual (verbal/written) in both English and Spanish (Preferred)
