📋 Description
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into precise, concise technical requirements for APIs. • Define API specifications, including request/response structures, payload formats, system interactions, and data mappings. • Create and maintain API documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and integration instructions. • Contribute to the development and improvement of API documentation workflows. • Create dashboards in Azure ADO and Power BI • A Business Analyst evaluates overall performance, identifies areas for improvement, leveraging digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes and creates strategies to help the business become more efficient • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills • Knowledge of business process modeling and system integration
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Swagger, JSON, XML) • Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise API documentation. • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams. • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure ADO • Excellent knowledge of Power BI to create dashboards
