📋 Description

• Support core functions of the health system's processes • Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation • Maintain high credibility and ownership of system activities • Develop system design, including functional specifications and strategies • Analyze operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions • Perform testing per standards and documents outcomes • Work with Application Team to ensure applications are well supported and implementations are properly executed • Optimize, maintain and support applications/systems • Provide on-call support, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues during Activation • Lead meetings as needed, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and manage a project plan

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic Beaker AP Certification • 6+ years of recent experience with an implementation • Minimum of 3 years of Epic build and support • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Self Motivated, highly-organized and detail oriented skills are required • Superior communication and customer service abilities • Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment • Must be able to operate independently or with minimum supervision
