• Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation • Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation • Interacts with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems • Develops system design, including functional specifications and strategies • Analyze operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions • Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards • Provide on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues
• Current Epic Dorothy Clinical Certification • 6+ years of recent experience with an implementation • Minimum of 3 years of Epic build and support • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Self-Motivated, highly-organized and detail-oriented skills are required • Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
