📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analyst for Epic Dorothy Home Care Clinical throughout the full implementation lifecycle. • Lead discovery and workflow design sessions with home health clinical leadership, nursing, therapy disciplines, care coordination, referral management, and operations teams. • Translate real-world home care documentation and compliance requirements into Epic Dorothy build and workflows. • Build and configure: Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, and Discharge workflows. • Visit documentation for nursing, therapy, social work, and aide disciplines. • Care plan and OASIS assessment documentation. • Scheduling, visit assignment, and clinician mobile workflows. • Referral intake and eligibility workflows. • Interdisciplinary coordination documentation. • Collaborate closely with Ambulatory, Orders, Cadence, Billing, and Reporting teams to ensure end-to-end clinical, operational, and revenue cycle integration. • Support mobile documentation optimization for field clinicians and device workflows. • Develop and execute unit testing, integrated testing, and UAT scenarios across all home health clinical workflows. • Assist with data conversion planning or execution related to clinical templates, assessments, and historical home care records. • Develop training materials and support clinician education sessions. • Participate in go-live readiness, activation support, and command center activities. • Provide stabilization and optimization support following activation. • Maintain detailed documentation including workflow diagrams, build specs, test scripts, and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Dorothy Home Care certification , active or previously certified. • Completion of at least one full Epic implementation as a primary or lead Dorothy Home Care analyst . • 5+ years of Epic home care or clinical implementation/support experience. • In-depth understanding of home health clinical workflows including: OASIS assessments SOC/ROC/Recertification cycles Interdisciplinary plan of care management Mobile visit documentation Compliance documentation requirements. • Ability to work independently within a remote project structure. • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to lead multidisciplinary workflow design sessions and clinician training. • Strong documentation and testing experience supporting complex clinical systems.
