📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analyst for Epic Bridges throughout the full implementation lifecycle. • Lead interface discovery and intake sessions with clinical, revenue cycle, ancillary systems, and IT stakeholders. • Design interface workflows integrating Epic with: Laboratory, radiology, cardiology, pharmacy, and device systems. • Payer clearinghouses and eligibility vendors. • External registries and public health reporting systems. • Scheduling and referral platforms. • Archive, document management, and imaging systems. • Legacy EHR or departmental systems. • Configure and build: HL7 inbound and outbound message interfaces. • Interface routing rules and transformations. • Error handling and monitoring workflows. • Interface testing environments and message replay procedures. • Collaborate closely with Ancillary application teams (Willow, Radiant, Cupid, Beacon, etc.) and Revenue Cycle teams (HB, PB, HIM) to ensure compliant and accurate data exchange. • Support FHIR API build and configuration where applicable. • Develop interface specifications and documentation. • Execute unit testing, integrated testing, dress rehearsals, and cutover validations. • Coordinate vendor testing with third-party applications and external systems. • Participate in go-live readiness, cutover planning, and activation support activities. • Provide command center support and real-time interface troubleshooting during go-live. • Support post-go-live stabilization efforts, root-cause analysis, and integration optimization. • Document all interface designs, specifications, and testing outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Bridges certification, active or previously certified. • Completion of at least one full Epic implementation as a primary or lead Bridges analyst. • 5+ years of Epic interface or integration analyst experience. • Deep expertise in: HL7 message structure (ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, etc.) • FHIR APIs and modern interoperability workflows. • Interface engines and routing logic. • Testing and validation procedures for data exchange. • Strong understanding of healthcare system workflow integrations across clinical, ancillary, and revenue cycle domains. • Ability to independently manage a complex, multi-vendor interface portfolio in a remote working environment. • Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
