📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client’s IT Project Team across the entire Epic implementation lifecycle. • Provide guidance during Design, Workflow Analysis, System Build, Conversion Cycles, Testing, and Go-Live Readiness. • Support project governance, risk management, decision-making, and issue escalation. • Mentor client resources to improve internal capability and long-term self-sufficiency. • Oversee data conversion strategy and execution for all assigned Epic applications. • Lead planning sessions for data mapping, extraction rules, transformation logic, and load schedules. • Ensure data conversion activities align with Epic methodology and project timelines. • Coordinate mock conversions, integrated testing, reconciliation, and data validation cycles. • Troubleshoot conversion issues and ensure data quality, completeness, and integrity. • Work closely with application analysts, reporting teams, technical integration specialists, and operational stakeholders. • Facilitate alignment between business requirements, data structures, and technical solutions. • Engage with third-party vendors and legacy system owners to ensure smooth data migration.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of Epic build and support experience across relevant modules. • 4+ years of recent Epic implementation experience, specifically supporting data conversion and migration. • Working knowledge of Epic data models, conversion toolsets, reconciliation processes, and testing cycles. • Strong expertise in healthcare data, legacy system analysis, and cross-system mapping. • Proven project management skills, including timeline planning, documentation, and communication. • Experience leading multiple conversion cycles (mock, integrated, parallel, and cutover). • Familiarity with reporting and extraction tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, SQL, or ETL tools. • Experience coaching or mentoring client-side resources. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
