📋 Description

• Advise major French and international clients on strategic consulting and operational delivery engagements in cybersecurity and AI • Independently own a workstream and lead the corresponding activities in coordination with the management team • Scope IAM transformations, from maturity assessments through roadmap development, and facilitate the necessary workshops • Design identity lifecycle processes, access entitlement models, and segregation-of-duties controls • Modernize access journeys with SSO, federation, MFA, conditional access, phishing-resistant authentication, and passkeys • Strengthen the management of privileged access and secrets according to the principle of least privilege • Contribute to the integration of IAM solutions in hybrid or cloud environments, including tool selection, API automation, testing, deployment, and adoption • Govern non-human identities, particularly service accounts and cloud workloads • Govern AI agents’ access to data, APIs, and tools, notably through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Assess identity exposure, identify excessive permissions and attack paths, and define remediation measures and ITDR capabilities • Design key deliverables, consolidate analyses, and develop and present recommendations and roadmaps • Organize, prioritize, and track the team’s work while ensuring the quality of deliverables • Mentor junior and experienced consultants through work reviews and regular feedback • Contribute to the development of Sia CyberLab’s offerings and solutions, from experimentation through to showcasing them in publications • Identify new client needs, develop tailored responses, and participate in presales discussions and commercial proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a leading engineering or business school, or a top-tier university • More than three years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) • Expertise in at least one IAM domain: identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (AM), privileged access management (PAM), or customer identity and access management (CIAM) • Experience designing an architecture or implementing a commercial IAM solution such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, or an equivalent platform • Proficiency in IAM standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, or SCIM • Ability to rigorously analyze complex issues, advocate for recommendations, and build trusted relationships • Independence and the ability to coordinate engagements and mentor junior and experienced consultants • Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken • Strong interest in data and AI-related challenges, with the ability to rapidly develop expertise • Experience with non-human identities, securing AI-agent access, ITDR, or access governance automation is a plus • An IAM or cybersecurity certification is an additional advantage, but not a prerequisite
