📋 Description

• Advise major French and international clients on strategic consulting and operational delivery engagements • Contribute to the strategic direction and development of the Cybersecurity & AI Trust Business Line • Support clients in defining and implementing their cybersecurity strategies • Contribute to risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements and standards • Design security architectures, protect data, and secure cloud environments and AI systems • Lead a portfolio of engagements or a program, balancing priorities and resources • Ensure the quality of deliverables, timelines, and financial performance • Advise executives on cybersecurity and AI priorities and define security strategies and frameworks • Guide the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of secure, high-performing solutions • Manage managers and teams, set objectives, delegate responsibilities, provide feedback, and evaluate performance • Anticipate skills requirements and contribute to recruitment • Develop relationships with existing accounts and open new accounts • Lead business development activities, manage proposals and responses to requests for proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts • Lead the development and go-to-market strategy for Sia CyberLab offerings and solutions • Organize the sharing of methodologies across engagements • Strengthen the Business Line’s market positioning through publications, professional events, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or a top-tier university • At least eight years of experience in cybersecurity or AI • Experience in a consulting firm, technology solutions or services provider, or large corporation • Recognized expertise in at least one area covered by the Cybersecurity & AI Trust Business Line • Experience developing offerings, solutions, or methodologies that balance business needs, security, and operational constraints • Ability to rigorously analyze complex issues, defend recommendations, and build trusted relationships • Experience leading multiple engagements or a program, coordinating teams, and meeting commitments related to quality, timelines, and financial performance • Experience developing accounts and relationships with senior executives • Experience leading commercial proposals through presentations and negotiations • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written French and English • Interest in data and AI-related challenges, with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in these areas
