• Analyze risks and identify opportunities to support Credit Recovery strategies. • Develop recovery strategies for the Agribusiness, Individual, and Corporate segments. • Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency indicators, and the results of collection actions. • Propose improvements to credit recovery strategies and processes to ensure business efficiency and sustainability. • Support the delivery of training and guidance for Central offices and Cooperative teams. • Contribute to the drafting and review of credit recovery policies and guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related area. • Strong knowledge of the credit recovery lifecycle (preventive collection, extrajudicial, judicial, collection campaigns, and portfolio assignment/sale of receivables). • Knowledge of renegotiation products and IOF (Tax on Financial Operations). • Familiarity with Brazil's Resolution 4,966/21 and credit risk concepts. • Proficiency in tools for data analysis and presentation – advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint. • Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders. • **Differential** • Experience working in cooperative systems. • General knowledge of the formalities/legal procedures of all credit instruments. • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL / SAS / DATABRICKS).
