📋 Description

• Plan and structure collection campaigns and contact flows, defining the most appropriate processes, channels and approaches. • Segment and prioritize members based on profile and delinquency brackets, directing more targeted strategies. • Analyze data and KPIs, monitoring results to guide decisions and continuously improve strategies. • Implement and evolve collection models, such as collection scoring and processes, aiming for increased effectiveness and scalability of actions. • Monitor the performance of collection initiatives, including campaigns, service and branch activities, promoting continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in collections, credit recovery or campaign management. • Experience with portfolio segmentation and defining strategies by delinquency bands. • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with databases and performance indicators. • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Knowledge of the credit union model, especially Sicredi. • Experience in collections and credit recovery. • Experience with digital channels such as WhatsApp, SMS and dialers. • Knowledge of member journey and engagement strategies. • Anbima C-Pro R certification or higher.
