📋 Description

• Result-oriented, focused on business and strategy • Provide service to cooperatives and insurers with a focus on mapping product opportunities • Map key opportunities for the evolution of our products • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in product development • Analytical skills, strategic and creative thinking • Ability to identify problems and make evidence-based decisions • Proactivity and initiative • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other teams and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial institutions and with insurance products and/or automobile insurance • Experience in the Discovery stage, hypothesis validation, and business definition • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields • Courses or certifications from Product schools are a differential
