📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and auditable data pipelines, with a focus on governance and traceability. • Integrate data from different sources, ensuring quality, consistency, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. • Implement and maintain data storage systems, such as data lakes and lakehouses, with a focus on performance and cost-effectiveness. • Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes using modern data engineering and automation practices. • Contribute to data domain modeling and the structuring of analytical pipelines aligned with Internal Audit needs. • Collaborate with data visualization and analytics teams, supporting efforts to derive value from information and build analytical environments. • Participate in the analysis and modeling of internal systems, proposing efficient strategies for capturing, transporting, and processing information. • Monitor and improve data system performance, proposing metrics and continuous improvement strategies. • Lead technical negotiations with business and technology teams, proposing effective and sustainable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. • Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in Data Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. • Experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, and Spark. • Experience with platforms such as Databricks, AWS, and Kafka is desirable. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases. • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and practices and the automation of analytical processes. • Experience with GitLab, Confluence, Jira, and Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of data modeling and analytical systems architecture. • Knowledge of implementing analytical pipelines focused on audit and risk. • Knowledge of monitoring and validating databases and analytical inputs. • Knowledge of defining and tracking technical and operational performance indicators. • Leadership and communication skills. • Proactivity. • Eagerness to learn. • Interpersonal skills. • Intermediate English is a plus. • Certifications in data engineering, cloud computing, AI, or analytical tools are a plus.
