📋 Description

• Administer, monitor, and support corporate Wi‑Fi environments • Troubleshoot incidents related to connectivity, performance, roaming, authentication, and wireless coverage • Operate and maintain Cisco Catalyst Wireless, Cisco Meraki, Huawei, and Aruba solutions • Support deployment, expansion, and modernization activities for wireless environments • Perform coverage, capacity, interference, and user experience analyses • Monitor KPIs for performance, availability, and quality of wireless connectivity services • Support software and firmware update processes and technology standardization for wireless environments • Participate in projects to evolve the wireless network infrastructure • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge bases • Interact with vendors, manufacturers, and TACs to handle and follow up on complex incidents and improvements • Support infrastructure, security, operations, and architecture teams in resolving wireless connectivity issues • Participate in root cause analyses (RCA) and drive continuous improvement actions • Support environments using 802.1X authentication, WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise, and integration with NAC solutions • Work closely with Security, Audit, and Risk teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields • Experience administering and supporting corporate Wi‑Fi environments • Knowledge of IEEE 802.11 technologies (Wi‑Fi 5, Wi‑Fi 6, Wi‑Fi 6E, and Wi‑Fi 7) • Proven experience with at least one enterprise wireless platform: Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Meraki, Huawei, or Aruba; multivendor experience is desirable • Knowledge of wireless management and monitoring platforms • Familiarity with wireless controllers, cloud-managed platforms, and centralized management solutions such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Meraki Dashboard, Huawei iMaster NCE-Campus, and Aruba Central • Experience troubleshooting LAN and wireless environments • Knowledge of switching and TCP/IP networking fundamentals • Experience with network protocol capture and analysis tools • Experience analyzing logs, events, and connectivity diagnostics • Plus points: Cisco Catalyst Center; Cisco Meraki Dashboard; Cisco ISE or other NAC solutions; Ekahau, Hamina, AirMagnet or other site survey tools; automation with Python, APIs, or Ansible • Desired certifications: CCNA; Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (500-220 ECMS); Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Wireless Implementation; Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Wireless Design; CCNP Enterprise; HCIA-WLAN; HCIP-WLAN; Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA); Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP); CWNA; Ekahau ECSE Design; Ekahau ECSE Advanced; ITIL Foundation
