📋 Description

• Define and maintain the security architecture aligned with the business. • Design secure and resilient solutions (cloud, microservices, APIs, Zero Trust). • Produce technical artifacts such as standards, blueprints and guardrails. • Assess risks and support audits (ISO 27001, LGPD, GDPR, PCI-DSS). • Contribute to the definition of security policies and guidelines. • Evaluate and recommend security tools (IAM, SIEM, DLP, EDR). • Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and APIs (OAuth2, mTLS, API Gateway). • Implement security components: authentication, authorization, encryption, auditing. • Conduct threat modeling and apply frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. • Design solutions focused on business continuity and deception strategies (honeypots, canary deployments, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technologist in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or other related field. • Solid experience in information security architecture (minimum 5 years). • Desirable experience in threat detection solutions using AI technology. • Advanced knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, SABSA, TOGAF, MITRE ATT&CK. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security. • Strong understanding of cryptography, authentication, access control and network security concepts. • Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions. • Excellent communication and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in financial institutions and risk management for solutions. • Work with infrastructure, development, DevSecOps, GRC and SOC teams. • Clear communication with managers and non-technical stakeholders. • Active participation in technical and security committees. • Differentials: • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, AWS Security Specialty. • Experience with DevSecOps and security automation. • Participation in incident response and cyber crisis management projects.
