• Help bring partners' games to players across the latest console platforms • Combine technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and proactive mindset for exceptional player experiences • Work with engineers, artists, and production teams to identify potential challenges early and develop effective solutions • Help drive successful console launches by building tools and establishing best practices • Mentor fellow engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience porting to mobile and/or Nintendo Switch • 5+ years professional software development experience • Professional software development experience in C++ • Professional experience developing software with the Unreal Game Engine • Subject matter expert in rendering pipelines and GPU debugging • Strong programming and software architecture skills • Demonstrated ability to achieve development goals with minimal supervision • Experience with performance optimization • Good communication with non-technical audience about complex topics • Technical leadership in the form of long term planning and short term task breakdown • BS or higher in Computer Science or similar discipline (Physics, Math, EE, etc.), or equivalent experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
