• Develop gameplay systems, interactions, animations, UI, UMG, and physics for a next-generation first-person VR flight simulation experience • Help shape virtual environments • Prototype interactions and refine user experiences balancing realism, usability, and immersion • Implement realistic simulation systems and immersive environments in Unreal Engine 5 • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and fellow engineers • Deliver high-quality features and content within a multidisciplinary team • Contribute to a sophisticated simulation project using real-time technology and interactive design

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing games in Unreal Engine 5 • Strong C++ and Blueprint scripting skills • Track record of delivering features across multiple areas of development • Experience implementing gameplay systems, player interactions, and object behaviours • Good knowledge of animation systems, state machines, animation blueprints, and character interactions within Unreal Engine • Experience working with UI systems and Unreal Widgets (UMG) • Understanding of physics-driven gameplay and simulation principles • Strong debugging, optimisation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively across gameplay, assets, tools, and technical challenges • Comfortable collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers • Experience developing VR titles in Unreal Engine (nice to have) • Experience with first-person experiences, vehicle gameplay, or flight simulation projects (nice to have) • Experience supporting technical design workflows and collaborating with Technical Designers (nice to have)
