• Design long-form instruction manuals in InDesign with accuracy and consistency. • Create on-brand visuals for email, social (paid + organic), and website promos. • Develop packaging that meets brand and print specifications. • Ensure all designs communicate clearly and support customer conversion. • Take initiative: identify missing assets, improve templates, and act without being told.
• Design Eye: Strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, and branding that elevates our customer experience. • Conversion-Focused: Designs that don’t just look good, but clearly communicate the message and drive action. • Detail-Oriented: Catches small layout or copy issues before they go out; nothing slips through the cracks. • Self-Directed: Takes initiative and moves projects forward without needing to be micromanaged. • Ownership Mentality: Goes above and beyond, always looking for ways to improve assets, systems, or processes. • Bonus Points: Experience working with high-converting DTC brands. • Bonus Points: Experience designing long-form or instructional content (manuals, guides, etc.).
