📋 Description
• Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks. • Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company Oncology product(s). • Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. • Provides basic, routine, complex and advanced servicing, testing, and maintenance of SHPL(Oncology) equipment according to instructions and company guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent • 5 to 10 years of related experience • Knowledge of and sound professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering • Relevant experience in LINAC maintenance is preferred • Knowledge of and sound professional technical experience with micro-computers/PC based systems • Customer focused attitude • Articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication • Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and spoken.
