📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development, release, and lifecycle management of service applications, service tooling, and support technologies. • Drive productivity and process engineering projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and adoption of new tools and methods. • Manage project planning, scope definition, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking. • Ensure all deliverables comply with medical device design control and regulated development processes. • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Service Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Field Operations, and Product Development. • Facilitate project event meetings focused on scoping, status, coordination, and decision-making. • Monitor and report on project progress, budget/spend, and critical milestones. • Provide clear, concise communication to leadership—up to Director and VP levels—including program reviews, risk escalations, and launch readiness updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience. • Proven experience managing technology or engineering projects, preferably within a medical device or other regulated environment. • Proficiency with standard business and productivity tools (MS Office suite). • Experience with ERP/HCM systems such as Workday is desirable. • Strong understanding of engineering workflows, design controls, and structured development processes. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead without authority. • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience in design engineering, service tooling, or hardware/software product development is highly beneficial.
