📋 Description

• Lead projects from planning to implementation • Focus on process optimization, reorganization, portfolio and footprint rationalization • Collaborate globally with business lines and functions • Serve as trusted advisor to senior Diagnostics leaders • Identify improvement opportunities with senior leadership • Develop project roadmaps for leveraging opportunities • Blend strategic mindset with practical Project Management skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • MBA or other advanced science / engineering degree • 10+ years of professional experience including leading enterprise transformation, business optimization, strategy, or operational excellence initiatives • Project Management and Continuous Improvement certificates are preferred, incl. e.g., PMP, LEAN Six Sigma • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
