• Maintain and support Varian products in accordance with technical documentation to ensure uninterrupted operational readiness of the equipment • Advise customers on the operation and maintenance of Varian equipment, including spare part requirements, in compliance with technical documentation and safety standards (including remote support) • Provide remote user support to promptly address service needs • Prepare spare parts lists to initiate orders • Maintain records of user cases, remote support activities, and service visits in the company’s electronic information systems, including descriptions of technical issues, actions taken, time spent, and parts used • Prepare service reports, expense claims, and other documentation regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date data • Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely access to technical or other necessary information • Keep technical documentation up to date • Maintain a high level of professional knowledge and ensure compliance with safety standards in accordance with local regulations and Varian policies • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
• Higher education in electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field • Russian citizenship • 1–3 years of experience in operational maintenance; previous experience with high-tech medical or radiotherapy equipment is preferred but not mandatory • Proficiency with microcomputers or PC-based systems, and hands-on experience working with them • Experience with electronic and electromechanical equipment, including equipment testing • Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken • Proficiency in English sufficient to confidently read and understand technical documentation and communicate professionally
