📋 Description

• Join a global team in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare through consulting project activities. • Deliver consulting as a subject matter expert in radiation therapy, traveling up to 75%. • Assist customers in developing best practice clinical operations with an emphasis on focused patient outcomes, patient care efficiencies, cost containment/reduction, and customer value propositions. • Participate in the creation and development of consultative services, including metrics to demonstrate clinical, operational, and financial values. • Support product training and implementation, ensuring optimal utilization of solutions/products during and after Go-Live.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance • RTT or CMD with a history of at least 6 years of direct patient care experience, Management and aptitude of standardized guidelines preferred • 8+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s) • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus-building • Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access, unless prohibited by law.
