• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to IDN Senior Executive leadership, building strong C-level relationships. • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with clear short- and long-term objectives. • Prospect for IDN challenges and opportunities related to clinical workflows, technology adoption, and financial performance. • Articulate and present tailored Siemens solutions that streamline operations, introduce innovative technologies, reduce costs, and deliver measurable value. • Apply Enterprise Services Value Partnership concepts and methodologies to solve complex business problems. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams—including engineers, finance, legal, consultants, and other specialists—to deliver comprehensive solutions across Imaging, Laboratory, Services, and other Siemens operating companies.
• Minimum 10 years of sales and commercial experience, with strong expertise in capital sales. • Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with C-level and Senior Executive leadership. • Excellent communication, influence, and executive presence skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen. • Ability to travel regionally up to 40% of the time.
