• Lead planning, execution, tracking, and governance of the next-generation SRS platform to support global CS-LS service operations. • Translate CS-LS digitalization strategy into actionable program roadmaps and business requirements. • Represent CS-LS in alignment discussions with global IT, R&D, Product Management, Cybersecurity, and Customer Service stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with subject-matter experts, technical leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure program clarity and shared ownership. • Drive alignment on priorities, architectural direction, and implementation decisions across groups that do not directly report to the role. • Support rollout, communication, and user adoption activities for new digital tools, infrastructure capabilities, and service delivery processes. • Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments early and implement mitigation plans to maintain program momentum. • Track program performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery, infrastructure robustness, and business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. • 7+ years of experience in IT program or project management in a global, complex, or regulated environment. • Experience with remote infrastructure, cloud solutions, or digital service platforms. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence decisions without formal authority. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams. • Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
