📋 Description
• Designs and develops technical product training curriculum and content • Transforms technical knowledge into engaging, accessible content • Organizes content for scalability and seamless reuse across digital platforms • Promotes training adoption with targeted digital campaigns and enablement sessions • Leads content development projects from scoping to global deployment and evaluation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in instructional design (preferably in a regulated or MedTech environment) • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging knowledge-based materials • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise and others) and LMS platforms • Comfort with visual, multimedia and typical development tools • Strong communication and facilitation skills to enable adoption and engagement (workshops, showcases)
