📋 Description
• Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems • Set coding standards and lead code reviews • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science • 4+ years of backend development experience • Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and/or .NET C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git • Proven experience in leading large-scale software development projects • Strong leadership and communication skills • Perfect English Language is a Must.
