📋 Description

• Organizing product shelving/merchandising according to client specifications • Hiring new employees • Onboarding and training of employees • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training • Career changers welcome • Ability to work independently • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them • Leadership by example and the ability to motivate others • Driver's license class B (formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field sales and/or people management preferred
