📋 Description

• Organizing merchandise stocking and shelving according to client specifications • Hiring new employees • Onboarding and training employees • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions • Communicating with employees, clients, and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification • Ability to work independently • Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them • Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills • Valid driver's license (Class B, formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
