📋 Description

• You organize timely product merchandising and shelf replenishment according to customer specifications in your territory • Carry out quality checks and initiate corrective actions • Recruit and hire new employees • Onboard and train employees • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training • Career changers welcome • Independent, customer- and staff-oriented working style • Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions • Act as a role model and motivate the team • Class B driving license (formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Ideally, some practical experience in field service and in leading employees
