📋 Description

• Organizing shelf stocking and merchandise placement according to customer requirements • Hiring new employees • Onboarding and training employees • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective measures • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training • Career changers welcome • Ability to work independently • Willingness to make and be accountable for decisions • Leadership by example & strong motivational skills • Class B driving licence (formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field sales and/or people management is a plus
