📋 Description

• Organizing product merchandising/restocking according to customer specifications • Hiring new employees • Onboarding and training employees • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions • Communicating with employees, customers, and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational/professional training • Career changers welcome • Independent, self-directed working style • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them • Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills • Valid driver's licence (Class B) (formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field service and/or people management preferred
