📋 Description

• Organizing product merchandising according to client specifications • Hiring new employees • Onboarding and training employees • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions • Communicating with employees, clients and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training (or equivalent) • Career changers welcome • Ability to work independently • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility • Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate the team • Valid driver's license (Class B; formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
