📋 Description

• Organize product merchandising and stocking according to client specifications • Hire new employees • Onboard and train staff • Perform quality checks and initiate corrective measures • Communicate with employees, clients, and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training • Career changers welcome • Independent working style • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility • Lead-by-example attitude and talent for motivating others • Driving licence class B (formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field sales and/or people management preferred
