โข 5+ years of experience in event marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles โข Demonstrated understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance-based marketing models โข Proven track record of driving event registrations and revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns โข Experience building and managing strategic partnerships for promotional purposes โข Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and event management software โข Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis โข Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines โข Strong written and verbal communication skills โข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
